1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site, independent of every government office. It does not keep official criminal records, obtain official checks, retrieve records on demand, or file court papers for visitors.

Its role is to identify the custodians of Yuma County records, including YCSO Records, local criminal courts, the Arizona Department of Public Safety Central State Repository, and the Arizona DPS OffenderWatch registry. It may also connect visitors to outside research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

By using the website, you agree not to:

• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means against the pages
• Violate any local, Arizona, or federal law
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate another person
• Interfere with the site's speed, operation, or availability to others
• Rely on site content for hiring, housing, credit, or insurance decisions

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information found here or through a linked service may not be used to threaten, harass, stalk, intimidate, or unlawfully discriminate against anyone. Misuse can be a crime. That prohibition is especially important for the Arizona DPS OffenderWatch registry. Arizona registry information serves personal and community safety, not vigilantism, blacklisting, or unlawful discrimination.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

Yuma County Criminal History is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. It does not create consumer reports, credit files, or official background checks. Its advertising partners are not presented as services for evaluating applicants, renters, insurance risks, or credit. Information from the site or a linked tool must not be used to:

• Set insurance terms or judge creditworthiness
• Evaluate a person for employment
• Make a housing or rental decision
• Determine eligibility for a permit, license, or government benefit
• Carry out any other FCRA-regulated purpose

Where a lawful purpose requires a regulated check, use the process specified by the responsible agency and an FCRA-compliant provider when applicable.

5. No Legal Advice

The content is not legal advice and does not apply a charge, conviction, warrant, set-aside, sealing, or marijuana-expungement rule to an individual matter. Consult a licensed Arizona attorney for advice about a specific case.

Criminal records can change through a new filing, dismissal, sealing order, set aside, or marijuana expungement. Updates may lag. Only the court, sheriff, police department, or other custodian can issue an official statement about its record.

Links may open YCSO pages, court portals, Arizona agency resources, legal services, or outside search tools. Those sites are not controlled here. Their content, fees, availability, data practices, and terms remain their responsibility, so review their policies before use.
